Slaughter is truly a National Treasure. At 75, she delivers a performance that many in their 50s wish they could achieve. What a treat to hear her perform songs rarely done live or never performed. She was on fire! Though she may have struggled with part of her range at times, she still performed at an amazing level.
Like a fine wine, Slaughter continues to work hard and show no signs of slowing down. She only gets better with time.
